This website and booking platform (“excellentapt.com”) is operated by Excellent Apartments (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Platform and/or making a reservation, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Guest: The individual who makes a booking and uses the accommodation.

Property: Any apartment, room, or accommodation unit offered by Excellent Apartments.

Reservation: A confirmed booking made through the Platform.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation upon full payment.

Payments must be completed using the methods provided on the Platform before check-in. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.

Excellent Apartments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

Minimum stay requirements apply as stated on the Platform.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guests must notify cancellations in writing.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours (until 12.00 pm.) before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.

Excellent Apartments reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund or alternative accommodation offer. The Company is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the Guest.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is after 2.00 pm. , check-out time is before 12.00 pm.

Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved by Excellent Apartments and may incur additional fees.

Failure to comply with check-out time may result in additional charges.

5. Guest Obligations and Conduct

Guests agree to comply with all house rules, laws, and regulations during their stay.

Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to Guest negligence will be charged to the Guest.

No illegal activities, disturbances, or commercial use of the Property are allowed.

Smoking and pets are not allowed as specified per property. Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

• Refrain from bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages on the premises.

• Do not arrive at the property under the influence of alcohol.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

• Only registered guests may stay; visitors are not permitted.

• Maintain a moderate volume for music and noise at all times.

• Provide your passport information as required by local regulations, either via Airbnb or during check-in.

• Ensure checkout is completed by 12:00 PM.

• Observe quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

• If you require extra room cleaning, notify us at least one day in advance. A fee of $60 applies.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Excellent Apartments is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to Guest’s belongings.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Property or services and is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, etc.).

Guests agree to indemnify and hold Excellent Apartments harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or breach of these Terms.

Third-party disruptions that Excellent Apartments is not responsible for disturbances or inconveniences caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Nearby construction noise or works

Municipal maintenance or street closures

Changes in neighborhood facilities or businesses

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

By making a reservation, Guests consent to the collection and use of their personal data for booking and communication purposes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in İstanbul.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.

By booking with Excellent Apartments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Ownership of Content

All text, photographs, videos, and other media displayed on this website are the sole property of Excellent Apartments unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
