Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all reservations made directly with Excellent Apartments or via third-party booking platforms. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellations by Guests


Non-Refundable Bookings

All “Non-Refundable” reservations are final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Standard Bookings

Cancellations made 1 day or more before check-in → 100% refund (minus transaction/processing fees).

Cancellations made less than 1 days before check-in → No refund.

No-show → Charged 100% of booking amount.

2. Early Departures


No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights.

​

3. Modifications


Changes to booking dates are treated as a cancellation if made within the non-refundable period.

Any change is subject to approval, availability, and potential rate adjustments.

4. Refund Process


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method according to your banks refund policy dates.

Transaction, currency conversion, or bank fees are non-refundable.

​

5. Third-Party Bookings


If booked via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, their policies apply in addition to this policy.

Excellent Apartments is not responsible for refund delays caused by third parties.

6. Exceptional Circumstances


Refunds outside this policy are only granted at the sole discretion of Excellent Apartments.

Valid proof may be required for emergencies (e.g., medical issues, government travel bans).

Weather conditions, local events, or external disturbances (construction, noise, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

7. Fraud & Misuse


Any fraudulent, false, or misleading claims will result in reservation cancellation without refund and possible legal action.
